Amb. Ogazi is the visionary behind the STAR Awards: A Global Stage of Artistic, Diplomatic & Humanitarian Supremacy. The Supreme Dynamic Talent Academy Awards, colloquially known as the STAR Awards, is Africa’s most elite global honors platform, rooted in artistic, diplomatic, and humanitarian supremacy.
The STAR Awards celebrate outstanding individuals who shape the world with their talents, from trailblazing legends to emerging icons.
It is a world stage where rising stars ascend into the spotlight, and luminous legends are etched into legacy, all united in honor and crowned with the Globastarion.

As the Creative Director and talent manager, Amb. Ogazi has spearheaded campaigns that connect rising stars with global opportunities, turning creative potential into powerful personal brands.

🔺 Executive Producer, Face of SDTA Global
Face of SDTA Global is the official internal annual competition of Supreme Dynamic Talent Academy, created exclusively for SDTA students and alumni. It is not an open audition; it is a prestigious merit-based platform that crowns the most outstanding ambassadors of the Academy and propels them to global stages.
Structured as a tiered competition across country, continental, and global levels, it reflects SDTA’s vision to establish international campuses, each producing elite representatives who rise through national and continental phases to contend at the Face of SDTA Global. The journey begins with the inaugural continental edition: Face of SDTA Africa.
🔺 West Africa Special Envoy, IYN UNSCR2250
A diplomatic youth ambassador advancing peace, security, and youth development in line with the UN Security Council Resolution 2250 on youth, peace, and security.
MODELING, COMMERCIALS & PUBLIC RECOGNITION
An award-winning former beauty queen and professional commercial model, Amb. Ogazi began modeling at 13 and appeared in major TV commercials for brands such as OLX, GLO, and most recently Heaven Insecticide etc, with national billboard campaigns that cemented her status in the modeling space.
She is also a certified Google Digital Marketer, coach, lecturer and orator, passionately using her voice and platforms to inspire change and action.
UNITED NATIONS YOUTH LEADERSHIP, ADVOCACY & HUMANITARIANISM.
She first served as Youth Minister for Tourism, Arts, and Culture at the United Nations Youth Association of Ghana (UNYA) ; A role in which she championed creative diplomacy and youth development.
Shortly after, she was appointed as the First Deputy Country Head of IYN UNSCR 2250 (International Youth Network for United Nations Security Council Resolution 2250), marking her as one of the youngest Africans to consecutively hold high-level diplomatic youth appointments.
In 2024, she was further elevated to the role of West Africa Special Envoy for IYN UNSCR 2250, amplifying her regional impact as a voice for youth, peace, and security across the continent.

In 2023, she reached another milestone and climbed up the ladder of success. After yet another rigorous vetting phases, She was appointed as the first Deputy country Head of the International Youth network for United Nations Security Council Resolution 2250.
EARLY START & ENTREPRENEURIAL JOURNEY

Amb. Ogazi began her entrepreneurial journey at just 16, founding her first companies; Unique Classic Agency, Supreme Dynamic Concepts Limited and then, Supreme Dynamic Agency.
By her late teens, she had already trained and managed over 100 models and talents in Ghana, earning the reputation of one of the youngest female executives reshaping West Africa’s entertainment and creative industries.
In 2020, she co-founded Supreme Dynamic Talent Academy with her brother, Amb. Eric Michael Ogazi: A vision born out of the need to equip African talents with global-standard training and elevate them to world-class platforms. In 2021, they launched the SDTA Awards, Africa’s most prestigious creative-diplomatic honors platform.

Amb. Ogazi rose from Greater Accra Guidance & Counselor to Vice President and ultimately, the National President of the Models Union of Ghana (MODUGA), where she revolutionized model development programs.
