Hon. Zino Lexili Ogazi , affectionately called the moniker “Queen Zee”, is a Young Diplomat, Humanitarian, Model, Talent Educator, Orator, an Award winning ex beauty queen, Serial Entrepreneur, Talent Educator, Digital Marketer and Young leader with a mission to display the richness & beauty of African cultural diversity.
As the founder and Chairperson of Supreme Dynamic Talent Academy, Supreme Dynamic Talent Academy Awards, Supreme Dynamic Agency, the President of the Models Union of Ghana, Face Of MODUGA, and a myriad of others, Queen Zee, is gradually garnering a solid and respectable reputation in the entertainment business.
Hon. Zino’s experience also includes Digital Marketing, Certified by Goggle and the open University.
Hon. Zino began her Carrer as a model at age 13 with some billboards. Shortly after high school, she contested in various pageants, proceeded with commercial /Adverts for OLX, GLO, clothing brands, Apartments and others.
After stepping away from the modeling scene for a while, she made a comeback with a bang by signing a 5 year contract on her birthday, the 26th of February 2023 with Heaven Insecticides spray and starred in it’s TV Commercial.
HUMANITARIAN JOURNEY
As a Child, she joined the Red Cross Association at age 8 and as a teen, she registered and established her NGO, Urban and Rural Dream Foundation. URD Foundation is an African NGO that caters for impoverished children and teenage girls, encourages the girl-child to focus and strive to actualize her dreams, works to seek for women empowerment & social upliftment in Africa.
UNITED NATIONS YOUTH ASSOCIATION OF GHANA, APPOINTMENT.
She holds a special affection for Humanitarian work. In 2020, one of her biggest wishes was fulfilled, after a rigorous vetting , she was called to join the United Nations Youth Association of Ghana. She was appointed as a Special Envoy and then got appointed for another position and served as a two-time United Nations Youth Association of Ghana, Youth Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, from 2021 to 2022.
INTERNATIONAL YOUTH NETWORK FOR UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION 2250 (IYNUNSCR2250)
In 2023, she reached another milestone and climbed up the ladder of success. After yet another rigorous vetting phases, She was appointed as the first Deputy country Head of the International Youth network for United Nations Security Council Resolution 2250.
BUSINESS JOURNEY
Queen Zee established her first company at 16; Unique classic Agency and shortly after, Registered her next company; Supreme Dynamic Concepts Limited, while still as a Teen. After which, she proceeded to register Supreme Dynamic Agency, At its peak, Supreme Dynamic Agency boasted training over 100 Models, Ushers and Pageant Contestants inclusive and was considered the most successful upcoming Agency in Accra. It was here that Queen Zee realized her talent for all things entertainment.
In 2022, Supreme Dynamic Agency got revamped. Supreme Dynamic Agency has now grown to become a global leading Talent management agency, representing the finest local and international talents like Models, Actors, influencers, Tv hosts, MC’s & Dancers. PR & Ad with full content development & branding. Digital Marketing & ushering Services.
Before the Revamp of Supreme Dynamic Agency in 2022, Queen Zee and her brother; Hon. Eric Michael Ogazi, registered and established Supreme Dynamic Talent Academy in 2020, which has now become an internationally recognised Talent Academy with the aim to equip & train Talents with Global standards to strive for Supremacy in their careers, either in Modeling, Pageantry, Acting, TV Presenting, Makeup & Dancing.
Realized a void in the Entertainment and Creative Arts Awards space. In 2021, Hon. Zino Lexili Ogazi and her brother, Hon. Eric Micheal Ogazi, Created the Supreme Dynamic Talent Academy Awards (SDTA AWARDS, Pronounced as STAR AWARDS for the initials ) the first Prestigious and Global Awards Organization from Africa to Celebrate & honor the Supremacy & Dynamism Of Both African & International Creatives & Talents in the Creative or Entertainment Industry, whose works have projected the Arts an Entertainment sector Supremely.
SDTA AWARDS also has a SPECIAL RECOGNITION Category which spotlights on ALL Walks of life, to celebrate and honor personalities from around the globe with short or long standing service to the development of their respective fields and also to Humanity, for creative and innovative Contributions.
The Supreme Dynamic Talent Academy Awards is now the flagship of Supreme Dynamic Talent Academy, presented annually in December.
MODELS UNION OF GHANA, APPOINTMENT
Hon. Zino Lexili was appointed as the guidance and counselor at the Models Union of Ghana. The organization saw her natural abilities and she quickly rose from Greater Accra guidance and counselor to the National Vice President of the Models Union of Ghana and in 2022, Hon. Zino Lexili Ogazi became the incumbent National President of the Models Union of Ghana. All these Years, Lexili has fulfilled multiple roles for the Models Union of Ghana.
As the President of the Models Union of Ghana, she is ensuring to Create shows, contests and collaborations that will create well-rounded Models, who are looking for a break in the Modeling industry , who are fiercely passionate, bold, creative, talented, brilliant and ready to grasp the stars, while exposing the Ghanaian models to the international modeling industry, art scene and broaden their horizon, while changing the stereotypes one day at a time. She is working on providing opportunities for the Ghana Models to meet, mingle and work with some of the most established “names” in the Modeling world. For instance; she established Face of MODUGA, the biggest Modeling competition for both genders in Ghana. Winner of the Contest will win a car, a trip to France, network and mingle with models in Paris, win local and international modeling contracts, and so much more.
With a solid skill set acquired so far, she is preparing to spread her tentacles to other areas of Business, transfer her knowledge and experiences.
As a young female Business owner or an Executive from the Gen Z era and in a male dominated industry, who has had her capabilities doubted at first glance, because of Age and gender Factor, she is a firm believer of Not too Young to be great, she believes you can achieve Greatness at any Age, if you are consistent and put your mind to it and that no gender is a monopoly of greatness.
