Distinguished by his visionary leadership and dynamic blend of intellect, diplomacy, and creative innovation, Amb. Cash-Eric Michael Ogazi, fondly known as Eric Floy, is a Gen Z powerhouse redefining excellence in youth leadership and academic advancement across Africa.
As Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs of Supreme Dynamic Talent Academy, and Vice Chairman of the Supreme Dynamic Talent Academy Awards (SDTA Awards), his strategic insight continues to shape the institution’s legacy of elite talent development and the Awards’ rising global prestige and cultural influence. A dynasty in motion.
Following a competitive vetting process, he was inducted into the United Nations Youth Association of Ghana, where he was appointed Youth Minister for Employment and Labour Relations, in recognition of his long-standing commitment to youth empowerment and philanthropy. He later served as Youth Minister for Tourism, Arts, and Culture, a role in which he championed creative diplomacy and promoted the arts as a tool for youth development.
In 2024, his diplomatic portfolio expanded as he was appointed First Deputy Africa Head for the International Youth Network for United Nations Security Council Resolution 2250 (IYN UNSCR 2250), strengthening his role as a regional voice for youth, peace, and security—a growing dynasty rising with purpose and power.
A philanthropist at heart, Amb. Cash-Eric has championed numerous grassroots projects. He led the renovation of two dilapidated primary school libraries in Imo State, Nigeria. Through SDTA, he has awarded life-changing scholarships to over 50 deserving youths to train professionally in acting, modeling, TV presenting, dance, and makeup artistry. His landmark impact was seen during the University of Ghana’s 2022 Face of the City pageant, where the top three finalists received full scholarships and 13 others were awarded 70% scholarships to pursue professional diplomas at SDTA.
