Before applying for a category, you MUST first read the ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA to determine your qualifications.
At the SDTA AWARDS, a maximum of 4 nominations can be submitted per year by or for each candidate for consideration. Therefore, PLEASE SELECT ONE OR UP TO FOUR CATEGORIES FOR WHICH YOU WISH TO APPLY.
Each nomination must be accompanied by evidence, which may include documents, videos, pictures, or any other materials that can substantiate your qualifications for the selected category or categories. This will assist the SDTA Awards Selection Committee, Academy, and Advisory Board in analyzing your submissions.
Your submitted forms will provide us with a better understanding of your significant accomplishments, positive professional demeanor, and community involvement, which are essential for your selection as a nominee.
Thus, the selection or rejection of your application as a nominee is contingent upon the quality of your entries.
Incomplete forms will be deemed ineligible for assessment by the SDTA Awards Selection Committee. Best of luck!
